Fees

We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule appointments. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (unless an emergency) will be charged a cancellation fee of £20.

If no notice is given a full fee will be charged. This is so we can allocate appointment times

for emergency care if required.
